Frozen Diets
Made from freshly ground USDA meat, organ, and bone sources. Each diet is 95%
meat, organs, and bones with a portion of these products from certified organic
sources. Together, these quality meats, organs, and bones are rich in Vitamins
A, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, D, E, K, Biotin; Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, protein,
fats, zinc, manganese, selenium, iron, calcium, phosphorus, sulphur, copper, and
the essential amino acids. 5% of each Nature’s Variety Raw Diet contains human
edible and certified organic sprouts, fruits, vegetables, and cold processed
Norwegian Virgin Salmon Oil. All contain an organic source of over 50 trace
mineral colloidal silicates called montmorillonite. Many pet owners have

1-1/2% to 2% of body weight daily. Immediately refrigerate unused portions.

Meat is the first ingredient in each formula.
Meat and organs make up nearly 40% of the ingredients in each production batch
of Nature’s Variety. Most dry, kibble diets are 25 to 30% meat or meat and bone
products with some formulations even containing less than 10% or even no meat
products. Formulated to meet the needs of all life stages.
All dry enrobed with heat sensitive ingredients such as probiotics, prebiotics,
and enzymes that are present in raw foods but destroyed through heat
processing. Enzymes aid in better digestion, probiotics play a big part to
insure a healthy immune system, and prebiotics help in growth and population of
probiotics in the digestive tract.
Our kibble provides an organic source of over 50 trace minerals. A colloidal
silicate called montmorillonite supplies important trace minerals. Many pet
owners insist that the supplementation of these colloidal silicate minerals have
helped produce better coats, weight gain, increase in milk production, better
conception, and overall better health.
Nature's Variety Prairie Brand Dry Kibble Diets are designed to be rotated
freely for variety and optimal nutrition. Emphasis is put on meat as the first
and prominent ingredient of each diet. The grains present in these diets are
only whole grains; never inferior grain fractions. All Nature's Variety products
are naturally preserved with vitamins and herbal extracts, and sealed in oxygen
limiting packaging.
Nature's Variety Canned Food (95% meat) contains fresh quality meat, organs,

Bones For Dogs
Many dogs seem happiest when they're chewing on a bone. It's important that
owners choose the right type of bone for their pet. Dogs’ love for bones can be
traced back to their carnivorous predatory instincts in the wild. For domestic
dogs, owners should avoid chicken, turkey, and pork chop bones, as these may
splinter and lodge in the dogs throat. Large hock or leg bones are the best
choices, along with synthetic rubber or leather bones. And while it's natural
for dogs to chew their treats, the behavior does cause wear and tear on the
animals' teeth. No matter what type of bone or chew toy the animal is given,
the most important rule of thumb is for the owner to supervise the dog while
it's gnawing away.
